Incorporation:

Innocence Project WA Inc was incorporated under the Association Act 1987 on July 7, 2006.

Our mission statement:

The purpose of our association is to provide direct relief of such distress and helplessness suffered by innocent persons who claim to have been wrongfully convicted of committing a crime, and who are unable to seek justice due to disability, poverty, destitution or lack of resources, by bringing together lawyers, academics, law students, media consultants and professionals to work together to free such innocent persons.
